Terminations: Overview

Terminations, when brought into the new UI, needed enhancements to make the user experience better.

A more streamline terminations process

The general layout for terminations was there, it was just not optimized. Working on making the flow more consistent and clear allowed us to make this work better for the end users

We believe the terminations process has room to be improved for both the end user and the CSR who handles terminations requests in order to make it a more streamlined process

The entire project was fairly straight forward. I worked with a great product manager who gave me pretty solid details on what he needed and why he needed it so I had pretty good parameters to work with

Communication with the product owner was key. We set up weekly meetings to keep in touch with each other and in line with what we each needed from each other to move the projects forward
