Night Theme for Smash Notes

`@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark)` has been around for quite some time now, but implementing a "Dark Mode" for a project that's been around and grew weeds of code isn't straight forward. Mostly thought, it's just a lot of work to make sure all the bright colors flip to dark, and match respectfully.

One of the nights working on Smash Notes I got so tired of looking at the glaring white screen that I said enough is enough, and spend the next few hours making a dark mode. I think it's turned our pretty good!
