This is a redesign concept for a well-known job search service in Russia.
After conducting research and interviews with users, I came to the conclusion that it is very important for Task Executors to quickly and visually collect information to make a decision about cooperation. Therefore, I emphasized the speed of response, recommendations, divided the reviews into positive and negative, added a bit of motivation with the help of a bright block with achieving goals.
