Foh Sang Street Art - Branding

Kota Kinabalu’s traditional ‘Chinatown’ received its unique makeover into a vibrant and energetic community hub for the people of Sabah when 25 local artists came together and re-decorated 28 shops (including staircase) across Foh Sang. This community project was initiated and funded by none other than Minister of Sabah Youth and Sports YB Phoong Jin Zhe, and was managed by both Ideology Design Studio and Common Studio. Every mural artworks reflects the daily hustles and bustles of Foh Sang and the business nature of the premises in which they were drawn.
