PrismaDUEL: Launch Screen & Scoreboard

Making progress on both the launch screen (and icon), and the scoreboard. Still some inconsistencies yet to work out, but overall the UI is getting close to finished.

Most of this is already working and implemented. There's nothing like actually trying out a design!
