DoNotPay Chat Exploration - Final

Over the past weeks I’ve experimented with a few different versions of an updated chat for DoNotPay.
This is my updated version of the chat exploration. We wanted to use keyboard shortcuts to a users advantage here so you will notice that throughout the user flow. It was important to us for a user to be able to speed through the disputes process within DoNotPay which is why we chose keyboard shortcuts.
It was also important for us to allow users to share their success with their friends which is why we put more focus on that portion rather then the finishing flow success state.
