Restaurant icon

Looking for some feedback. Working on an icon for a restaurant who's name begins with an "e".

1. Do these look like the letter "e"?
2. Do you see the spoon in the counter of the "e"?
3. Is the leaf (abstract representation of rosemary, basil, thyme, etc) too cliché?
