The Greatest Mistake in Chocolate History - Gloria Jeans

Gloria Jean’s approached E+A needing help to rectify a mistake they’d made - changing their much-loved chocolate powder recipe, resulting in loss of customer confidence and a steady decline in the sales. We birthed “The Greatest Mistake in the History of Chocolate” campaign, designing a brand identity and brand manifesto to be rolled out across all chocolate-related packaging, apologising to their die-hard chocolate fans and winning back hearts and trust.
