Xperti - An Arthur Lawrence Company - Website Design

I was asked to pitch a design on the same layout as existing website to which I redesign the whole landing page , took some inspiration from competitors website , use some human faces which were not there in existing one. and completely redesign the whole landing page. The main idea of the redesigning was to give a website more modern look. This is my first shot of dribbble as well as first shot on website. Any Suggestions or areas of improvement will be appreciated.
