The Cold Courtyard

I have always loved Barragan's work. There's something magical about it. The shapes, the colours, the shadows, the atmosphere, the mood it puts you in. It's rare for a space to make you feel so many emotions. To make you wish you were there so badly, to experience the space yourself, to truly embrace it. And if that's not possible, you can always imagine being there and create your own little universe based on it.
