Budget Bangladesh 2020

Basically i had drawn this editorial illustration last year which is based on my country's (Bangladesh) National Budget 2019 ......
though its 2020 .... and this year's budgets also doesn't seem like favorable towards mass community of Bangladesh which is sadly represents this picture again ~ ~ ~
