Building a new homepage layout.

Prototyping a new layout for my website homepage. I think I like this more than what I currently have. I am still considering whether or not I want to do something with the potential extra space at the bottom.

The CSS I managed to pull this off with is thankfully quite elegantly primitive. No @media queries thus far. [Still not going to publish this quite yet though.]
