Brown Girl in Pale Yellow Shirt

It's been about 3 months since my last illustration (posting dates don't always correspond to the end of a project) so I felt like I needed some flexing.

Inspired by recent events, I drew this brown girl in a pale yellow shirt in a blue outline. It's not a style I'm comfortable with, but I managed to get through with it, which makes me beam.

Afterthoughts: composition-wise, it's a poor piece; which is fine, but is something that can be looked into for future pieces. Also, I don't know what I did but the exporting kind of ruined the subtle, blurry grain I was working with. So I'd like to learn how to fix that too in the future.
