WhoCalledMe App for Unknown Numbers - not affiliated

A little thought about mixing apps, much like the previous mixing wikihow and github, here I felt that the information that I look up on the websites like Who-CalledMe about unknown numbers, could be integrated into an app for your phone.

Thus eliminating the need to answer unknown calls, with the help of their rating system shown on your phone. With a plus if they ever decide to hold a database of numbers you can show registered numbers without having them on your phone.

This bit will eventually be phased into most phones im sure as apple, samgung, google etc try to keep an up-to-date phone number system that they will show you who is calling, regardless if you have them on your phone or not.

However, the rating section is definitely needed I think and many would download the app for that ability alone.
