Planets Don't Grow On Trees - Editorial illustration

When coming up with a concept for a magazine article titled 'Planets Don't Grow On Trees', the ideas kinda just come to you.

I wanted the tree to be positioned upon some cosmic landscape. A vista of epic scope. Its a lovely idea of course, planets growing on trees. Unfortunately its not reality, and we only get one ride.

What I want more than anything for this illustration is for the message to be immediate striking and abundantly clear. We can't just pick up a new Earth once this one has become rotten. Doesn't work that way kids!
