Logo for the E-Commerce company Star Innovation

Working on the logo, i've been trying to avoid trite outlines of the five-pointed star. So many companies and brands use it. Client's company is working in the field of innovative and high-tech products. Therefore I tried to convey this message to their consumers by a geometric minimalistic logo.
