The founders of The Guild used to like to say that we built this company from duct tape and chewing gum. Initially working with Squarespace and LittleHotelier, we eventually moved all content to a custom site & booking engine. With an emphasis on UX, we focused on the most engaging and easiest path for a potential guest to book with us. It was our main goal to ensure our guests were offered an amazing experience in every step of their journey… and that started with reserving a room.
