Culture Book

Sharing a few words on company culture, except that it is in fine print.

Having worked with four organizations in the last two years and speaking with more than a hundred employees, I see most organizations have a very superficial work culture - one they created so that they can post on Instagram.

At the same time, I worked with an organization to write about their company culture and what they valued most at work in the form of Culture book. Culture book isn't something that's often explored by companies, probably cos' they don't see the value in educating or liberating their future and current employees from fear and their emotional reservations. Some notorious organizations actually employ tactics to get their work done and profits covered.

Since the Covid-19, we see many of the startups have stood by their employees and proved that their culture isn't just talks. I hope that when the Corona is gone.. so are these notorious thugs.
