After working on some of the pages, I went onto the other face that customers see in the journey, the invoice email. Web and Mobile, for the fictional brand High Climbers

Keep it simple, and clear as many email clients won't show any other the more intricate html formatting like background images, some fonts and borders.

Showing enough information for the relevant business is key, and if this is going to be a ticket, then the details have to be easily searchable by the customer and the attendant who will look at this. We could work in barcodes, there are loads of great examples of creative ones.
