About Haiti Hover State

After we figured out what we wanted to do with the country map, we decided to do something cool with the hover state. So, as you'd expect, when you get to the page the city names are hidden until you bring your mouse over the country. I should mention that my wife is the one who actually sat down and put all the cities in their respective places.
