I long for the day I can stroll into my favorite coffee shop (spoiler alert: it’s Colectivo), get a hot mug of the dark roast, and nestle into my favorite corner spot.... and if that spot isn’t available, I’ve got 3 backups. Depending on the time of day, I know which spots will be open, and which ones will be occupied. That’s right... I’ve got Colectivo on lock... or at least I DID before COVID. Why Colectivo? Hands down, my absolute favorite coffee in the world. Not only do they have a great product, they have a great brand. Everything from their quirky illustrations and use of color, to their friendly baristas, decor and choice of music... Colectivo is doing it right, and I can’t wait to go back to my favorite remote office. ☕️
