Blum Telehealth – COVID-19/Support

With the onset of COVID-19 "safer-at-home" orders, Blum–a telehealth app startup–was in need of urgent updates including a landing page for support and an updated design for the website I designed and built in 2017.

With information changing so fast, we decided to be direct with the content for the landing page rather than salesy since telehealth has quickly become an essential need. Their client onboarding was moving faster than I could design so the layout evolved multiple times in a week.

I was simultaneously helping create the app screen recordings for the support videos that would live within each audience's support page. Thankfully, I was already familiar with the UX of the app from consulting on the design in the past.

Oh, and I also became an impromptu copywriter... Needless to say, working from home has been much busier than expected!
