Santa Claus comes up with an idea!

Hi, everyone! Hope everybody's doing well in such challenging times. :)

Recently, I got an illustration project for which I was asked to visualise "7 Steps of Becoming a Successful Leader" and turn it into joyful illustrations. They wanted me to go with a character that is known and loved by all - hence, HERE'S SANTA! This is the 1st of the 7 illustrations, for the 1st Step... which is "Coming up with a great idea".
