Explanation:

The Logo is a combination of an "arrow", "bee", and "cloud". There is an obvious "up" arrow inside the logo and fits perfectly with your company's goals that are going beyond what is expected. The "bee" is just underneath the arrow which symbolizes strong connection and network. Lastly, the hexagonal shapes forming the cloud is represented by organized connecting data.

There is also another hidden arrow right in the middle of the letters' "y", "l", and "o". this concept is designed so the wordmark can standalone by itself without the icon.
