Sal's Bread

The older I get the more I realize that I don't have the ability to pick up a hobby without branding it. Like everyone else in America, I started making bread a few weeks ago. In order to have someone to blame when things went wrong I decided to give my sourdough starter a name...thus Sal was born. He is a boisterous fella, but we're starting to figure things out! Baking sourdough requires lots of patience and has provided a nice contrast from the craziness that is going on right now. I'm looking forward to developing this brand even more and having some fun while doing it.
