Designing an Email System- A UX Case Study

In designing this system our high-level goals were to:
1. Build a communication channel that can trigger specified emails according to the actions of our customers.
2. Design the email system with the “hooked” model in mind
3. Find a html development tool which can save our tech team’s efforts
