Candidate Suggestions Modal
This component was designed to give the recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers who use Triplebyte a more optimized experience on which candidates they should reach out to. Ultimately, we want the Triplebyte platform to help foster more connections between company and candidate users.
We use a look-a-like algorithm to determine who shows up in these modals based on a few different aspects of the candidates' profiles (such as similarities in skill level, tech stack, and past roles).
