Motorious – KB microinteractions

Adding some various microinteraction screens from the Knowledgebase page.

I was thinking through a couple of instances here: 1. Hovering on an inactive year 2. A vehicle with very few years 3. Changing Make/Model while on a current article 4. Fixed section nav so the user can quickly navigate the page
