The Planner - Talk of the Town

I was commissioned by The Planner magazine to illustrate an article about how we are influenced by our environment. The columnist uses the example of Judy Garland as a product of a challenging and constraining environment. The article goes on to consider the positive impact that planning can have on a community's physical and mental wellbeing.
