DragonNest - Game Logo

I always have been curious about games logos and how it's crafted to get this 3D look and depth ... I got a chance to design a game logo and as I'm playing with 3D these days I thought maybe it's time to try creating a logo in a 3D software!

So, I made a rough sketch for the idea I'm thinking about and started crafting it in c4D directly and this what I came with!
