🏀Slam Trunk 🏀

I just released the first episode of #texturetuesday on @youtube today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loWhZSHF8kU&t=21s A weekly video where I demo how I make, photograph, and utilize textures within my artwork. Episode 1 explains the basics of my process using the Clipping Mask feature in @photoshop.⁠ .⁠ I had a lot of fears and reservations about videotaping myself. I must have edited out at least a 100 "umms." But, ultimately, I feel my process of textures and creating is part of my own story as an illustrator. Even though it pushes me outside of my comfort zone, A LOT of things, the last few weeks have pushed everyone outside of their comfort zones. Like way out there. I'm looking at you Coronavirus. You even sound like a lousy frat house drinking game.⁠ .⁠ All joking aside, I had a lot of fun making this video and look forward to the weeks ahead of more creating, learning, and doing.⁠ Hopefully, it won't feel too far out of my comfort zone for long.⁠ .⁠ If you could please check out my channel and subscribe , I would appreciate it.
