This too shall pass

I find it very helpful to think about unfortunate things in the world as temporary, especially the ones I have no control of. There're always highs and lows in life, so the best way to approach these is to spend my energy on how to deal with the situation at hand rather than being upset about something that has already happened.
In terms of the current situation, I will pass inevitably. The best thing we can do now is to slow down the spread of the virus as much as possible in order to protect more vulnerable people by giving them a fighting chance against the disease.
Summing it all up, don't give into panic, be careful about your surroundings, wash your hands and stay home if possible. We will get through this and all of our efforts should go to keeping the situation under control!
