Pin and Helmet Sticker Concept

Now that E84 is 10, we have employees that are reaching their 10th anniversary with the company too. This concept is for colored "helmet stickers" (like you see on NCAA football helmets) that are given out as kudos or achievement recognition. The pins are given out on work anniversaries–not sure about the range yet, we've been thinking about using a Fibonacci sequence as the progression. What do you think?
