Realty Marketplace - A Machine Learning Experience

As a part of a Domclick design team I was able to make a product from scratch. The idea was to valuate the market price of selling flats to help sellers know the real price of their owns. Knowing the real price they can add extra costs for repairs, furniture, season, etc.

We have an excellent Machine Learning algorithm that was built on Mortgage data of the latest available dates for searching areas. It analyses the area, neighbour houses, sold flats, square meter cost, compare searching object with similar, and has around 40 parameters to check before giving user an answer.
