Logo Project: Kafé Kanggui

A family friend is in the process of opening up a cafe in France specialising in hot beverages from North-East India and other parts of that region. He asked if I could help with the logo design.

Since he was still in the early stage of planning, it was hard to get an idea of how to approach the design.

I asked him if he could give me some descriptive words to help visualises what he imagined the cafe to be and feel like.

His response... modern, spacious, artsy, minimal, and green (plants).

I then used these words to help create logo designs to match his vision. I took inspiration for designs I had seen on my travels and my trips to find great coffee.
