SalesLoft v2

The previous design was getting crufty and didn't suit what we've got planned, so I've decided to start over from scratch. It's now a tab sidebar-based approach which is oh so popular these days. This is still very much in-progress (no idea what to do with that big whitespace at the top!), but it should suit our platform-based approach going forward.
