Barb Fiest Property Brochure Template Brand Refresh

With the coming of the new decade, many agents were inspired to refresh their brands at Kentwood. Barb Fiest, who I was told had the same brand for about the last 10 years, was one of them! I was really inspired by the tulip in the original branding, but confused as to why it wasn't incorporated more throughout the design. So along with incorporating that more, I also used Kentwood's colors, as that was something she expressed interest in. This is the refresh I did of her property listing brochure template.
