Signup - daily UI 001

Version 1.
Quick warmup experiments before starting my day. I currently work on a couple of large projects and really feel the need to stretch my designer muscles and create something different. The daily UI challenge seemed like a fun springboard for my little warmup project so I dug out the old emails and slowly got that staleness to loosen a little. I don't think I'll be able to make one every day, and getting through the whole list seems nearly impossible right now, but hey, one warmup at a time.
