Contact Form Experimental Glitch Design

Hey there!

Check out this contact form I magicked up as a part of my experiment with new styles. The idea of this design was to discover the world of glitch and noises playing with different effects and just getting the feel of it.

As a result, I came up with the contact form design you can see above which includes chromatic aberration effect and glitch elements.
