Personal pronouns + Preferred first names

This week our Employee Lifecycle team has been busy hacking away in NYC! Our projects ranged from entirely new product ideas to some concrete things we could do to improve the experience for our customers and their employees.

This exploration dug into highlighting employees preferred first names as well as their personal pronouns in our people directory.

As the people platform, we aspire to build an inclusive experience where every customer feels seen and heard. This exploration digs into that by thinking about how we can better support and include our trans, gender non-conforming, and otherly queer customers.
