Task manager ui

This is part of the design for a task manager feature in a larger application that I'm working on.

One of the goals here was to make the ui as simple as possible so that users with very little computer system knowledge could use it.

Some of the main needs was:

- Ability to describe a short task to be handled.
- Option to add it to your personal to-do list or to assign other people to complete your task.
- Option - but not mandatory - to set a soft deadline to the task

This is part of the browser interface when you create a new task. Next up is the mobile app ui for the same part.
