A - 36 Days of Type

For 36 days of type challenge I chose to combine all of my design skills. Combining both digital and traditional mediums to create the final piece. Each letter a unique juxtaposition of traditional and digital.

I started off by working on the individual letterform, then I created a vector artwork to decorate each individual letter. At this point I picked a color palette for that letter, and hand painted the final letterform with watercolor to create a texture. Finally I rendered the entire thing digitally. I am very pleased with how they came out!

Since the Challenge was delayed... I figure it's not too late to post to dribble...
