061 - The Unicorn Process February 2020

Here comes the end of February, it has been 60 days since I started The Unicorn Process. In February, I mainly posted and write according to 4 different projects, each for 7 days. The amount of time spent just literally equal to 28 days plus the reflection in the last day, which finished my February journey of self-blogging.

Despite leading 5 projects at the same time with a high density of workload, I am able to maintain this habit. For me, it is a very good self-reflection exercise, sometimes you need to do some writing to let your brain organize all your thoughts applied in different projects. As a founder of a design studio, being honest with your thoughts helps you become a better leader.

The aesthetic is one of the crucial aspects to measure the success of a project, but at the same time, we should not ignore the big picture. Having a big picture can bring you to go further than simply just focus on the aesthetic side.
