Vanta, a SOC 2 startup, was the first company I worked for where I really had to dig into an unfamiliar space. It turns out that I wasn't the only one. A lot of companies that store customer data, Vanta's target users, also feel that way when trying to obtain SOC 2.
The goal of this objective was to redesign their existing page. We needed to allow the user to see the main aspects of the page - servers, vulnerabilities and history - and which ones need attention. How might we accomplish that and in a way that isn't daunting? Here's my approach!
