Before and After of a Content Heavy Form

For this project, I was tasked with redesigning an extremely content-heavy form. This form was originally read-only and the user had to go into edit mode to make modifications. This was poor UX, especially since this screen was frequently being edited by the users. Part of the redesign was making the main, most visited portion of the screen fully editable. One method I used to increase user experience was by sizing the text/input field according to the type of input required (i.e. small input = small input field)- this gives the user a visual cue of what they should be inputting.
Additionally, I made the left sidebar static and top nav. fully static so the user can always have access to key action items.
I aslo converted the communication-related tasks (call, text, email, and share) into icons that are now on the top left sidebar.

There are countless more behavioral and functional UX changes that I made, I will be sharing more from this project soon so stay tuned!

Let me know your thoughts and anything you would have done differently!

Cheers!
