3-Week Workflow

Week 1 – Discovery + Design

  • Final design approval.

Week 2 – Development Phase

• Day 8–10: Front-End Development

  • I’ll start coding the layout using your preferred framework.

  • Build home and key internal pages with responsiveness.

• Day 11–12: Back-End & CMS Setup

  • CMS integration (WordPress/custom).

  • Set up dynamic content (like blogs, services, or portfolios).

• Day 13–14: Internal QA

  • Test layout, responsiveness, and interactive elements.

Week 3 – Review, Optimize & Launch

• Day 15–16: Client Review

  • I’ll share a staging link for review.

  • Collect feedback and make refinements.

• Day 17–18: Optimization

  • SEO setup, performance tuning, asset compression, etc.

• Day 19–20: Final Testing

  • Cross-browser, mobile, and functional testing (forms, links, etc.)

• Day 21: Launch

  • Deploy to your server or hosting platform.

  • Provide handover, documentation, and light post-launch support.
