As a brand strategist and designer with a passion for transformation, I create bold and meaningful brands that transcend boundaries and create lasting legacies. Based on my studio Essenza Case Company's M.A.C.E. Methodology, this comprehensive branding service offers strategic positioning, storytelling, visual identity and community engagement, culminating in a premium Brand Book that reflects the unique essence of your brand.
This Service Includes
- MENTE (Mind Phase) - Strategic Disruption:
Strategic Analysis: Detailed report on the business, products and services, identifying strategic differentiators and opportunities for disruption.
Unique Value Proposition: Clear definition of strategic positioning and ideal market, with mapping of unexplored territories.
Differentiation Vector: Document with the unique positioning, competitive differentiators and points of strategic disruption.
- ALMA (Soul Phase) - Insurgent Narrative:
Strategic Naming (if necessary): Brand name and nominal system for products/services, with legal and linguistic validation.
Matrix Narrative: Strategic storytelling, including main narrative, communication pillars and a rebellious and sophisticated tone of voice.
Brand Manifesto: An inspiring text that captures the essence of the brand.
- CORPO (Body Phase) - Disruptive Presence:
Complete Visual Identity: Logo, color palette, typography, graphic elements, disruptive patterns and practical applications (stationery, digital, environments...).
Communication Protocol: Detailed tone of voice guidelines, verbal guidelines and practical examples.
- ESSÊNCIA (Essence Phase) - Cultural Legacy:
Codes of Belonging: Creation story, rituals, symbols and connecting elements to engage the community.
Engagement Strategy: Plan to build a strong community, with points of emotional connection and strategic activation.
Brand Book: A premium (digital) document that consolidates all the above elements, including:
Brand manifesto, values and personality.
Strategic positioning and value proposition.
Visual and verbal identity (colors, typography, tone of voice).
Application examples (stationery mockups, digital interfaces, events...).
Guidelines for use and restrictions.).
Process:
- Discovery & Strategic Insight (Mente/Mind):
I dive into your brand’s purpose, values, audience, and goals through a tailored questionnaire or your provided brief, uncovering opportunities for disruption.
Duration: 8-10 days.
- Narrative & Identity Development (Alma & Corpo/Soul & Body):
Creation of naming (se necessário), storytelling, manifesto, and 2-3 visual identity concepts with premium mockups.
Duration: 15-20 days.
- Feedback & Refinement:
Review concepts and provide feedback. Up to 3 rounds of revisions within a 7-day timeframe.
Duration: 5-7 days.
- Community & Legacy Building (Essência/Essence):
Development of engagement strategies and community-building elements (rituals, symbols). Finalization of the Brand Book.
Duration: 10-15 days.
- Final Delivery:
Delivery of the Brand Book and source files within 2 business days after approval.
Terms & Conditions:
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions on the chosen concept within 7 days. Additional concepts or major changes may incur extra costs.
Portfolio Rights: I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio and, if co-created, in Essenza Case Company’s portfolio
Ownership: Unused concepts remain my property. Final designs are transferred upon full payment.
Payment: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to start. A second 30% payment is due after the Narrative & Identity Development phase. The final 30% is due upon final approval.
Termination: No refunds for terminations not due to my failure to meet agreed terms. Ownership remains with me.
Duration: 8-10 weeks.
