Creative Designer Experiential Focus

We’re Hiring: Creative/Art Designer (Experiential Design Focus)

Do you tell stories through space? Are you drawn to immersive environments, expressive visuals, and meaningful interaction? We're looking for an Art Designer who can shape experiences that people remember — blending space, design, technology, and emotion.

This is more than just making things look good — it's about making people feel something.

Your Creative Playground

In this role, you’ll take a lead role across the full creative journey — from initial concept to final installation. Whether it’s a branded environment, exhibition, special event, or festive installation, your work will shape how people see, move through, and interact with a space.

Every project is a new canvas — and you'll be there from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Concept Development: Drive the creative direction, turning briefs into immersive, meaningful experiences.

  • Visualize the Experience: Oversee the design of spatial layouts, environmental graphics, and interactive elements.

  • Present Your Vision: Build compelling decks and mood boards, and confidently present your concepts to clients and internal teams.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal creatives, production teams, and strategists to ensure every detail is aligned — creatively and technically.

  • Oversee Design Work: Review layout plans, technical drawings, and mock-ups, guiding quality and consistency.

  • Mentor & Inspire: Encourage creative growth within the team, share insights, and help raise the bar.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with evolving materials, tech (AR/VR), and experience design innovations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Diploma or Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design is ideal — (But we’re open to strong junior talent with an outstanding portfolio!)

  • Solid command of Adobe IllustratorPhotoshop, and PowerPoint / Keynote.

  • Bonus if you’re comfortable with SketchUpBlender, or 3ds Max.

  • A strong grasp of spatial thinking, storytelling, and visual communication.

  • A collaborative, flexible mindset — with the ability to lead and also get hands-on.

  • Great presentation and communication skills.

  • A passion for crafting experiences that connect, inspire, and captivate.
