Art Director

Pixel Point is a creative web agency that designs and develops marketing websites for companies with clear and innovative products in AI, ITOps, DevOps, FinTech, and other tech-driven industries.

We put a strong focus on visual design, encourage experimentation, and value clean, thoughtful implementation.

Right now, we’re looking for an Art Director with experience leading international projects — someone who will take ownership of the visual quality and consistency across our work.

Some of our projects: neon.tech, vectara.com, huly.io.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive the project’s visual strategy, ensuring its consistency at every stage

  • Coordinate work across designers, motion specialists, and developers

  • Provide constructive feedback — from moodboards to final production

  • Clearly explain the visual logic of the project, including to clients when needed

  • Jump in and contribute to final visuals if necessary

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in web design

  • Strong skills in Figma, responsive design, typography, and composition

  • Deep understanding of branding, motion aesthetics, and digital design as a whole

  • Ability to build a complete visual system — from concept to the smallest detail

  • Professional English (written and spoken: emails, discussions, presentations)

Work setup

  • Fully remote

  • Payments in the currency of your choice — we’re flexible

  • Client-facing language: English; internal communication: English & Russian

  • Team prime time: 10:00–16:00 CET — we expect availability during these hours

Compensation

  • 12 fixed monthly payments

  • 2 performance-based bonuses (July & December)

  • Occasional discretionary bonuses decided by the team
