We're incredibly grateful to have over 5,000+ amazing customers with just a 7% refund rate, and about 35% of our sales come from word-of-mouth referrals. The product resonates with people, but we need a UI/UX Designer.

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Leading design reviews and user experience planning

  • Owning our design system for intuitive user experiences

  • Getting on customer calls to understand needs and design solutions

  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Collaborating with developers on implementation quality

Who You Are (Specifically):

  • Successfully designed for products with 5K-10K+ active customers

  • Worked at startups during high-growth phases

  • Excellent communicator who understands user psychology
